Cancellation and Refund Policy
Understanding our cancellation guidelines for a smooth experience
Cancellation Timeline
Cancellation 30 days or more before check-in
100% refund of the total booking amount less Rs.500/- admin charges per booking.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation between 15 and 29 days from check-in
50% refund of the total booking amount less Rs.500/- admin charges per booking.
The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation 14 days or less before check-in (or No Show)
• No refund will be issued.
• The full booking amount will be forfeited.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing by emailing info@booking.homelandstay.com
The cancellation will take effect on the date we receive the written notification from the guest for cancellation of their booking.
Booking Modifications
If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us at info@booking.homelandstay.com
All changes are subject to availability, and we may have to treat your request as a cancellation of the old booking and accordingly refund the amount calculated. The rate for your new dates will apply if the change is possible.
Early Check-In, Check-out or Late Check-out
Early Check-in or late check-out are subject to availability & incur additional cost.
Early Check-out or reducing the reservation period, refund will not be considered.
No-Shows and Cancellations
If you don't arrive for your booking on the check-in date and haven't cancelled in advance or intimated us, we'll consider this a no-show. In such cases, your ENTIRE booking will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment.
Important Note - Third-Party Bookings
Our cancellation and refund policy applies exclusively to bookings made directly with us. If your reservation was placed through an agent or third-party booking platform, their respective cancellation and refund policies will be applicable. For any changes or refund requests, please contact your booking provider directly.
