Booking & Cancellation

What is your cancellation policy?

30+ days before check-in: 100% refund (less Rs.500 admin fee)

15-29 days before check-in: 50% refund (less Rs.500 admin fee)

Less than 14 days or No-show: No refund

How do I cancel my booking?

Email us at info@booking.homelandstay.com with your booking details. The cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written notification.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Yes, contact us at least 7 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on rate differences.

How long does the refund take?

+

All eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Check-in & Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

+

Check-in: 1:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

+

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance.

What ID proof do I need to provide?

+

For Foreign Nationals: Passport and visa

For Indian Residents: Aadhaar Card, Election Card, or Passport

Note: Pan Card, Driving License, and company ID cards are not accepted.

What if I check-in late at night?

+

No entry after 11:00 PM unless you inform the caretaker in advance. This helps us update the society security.

What happens if I check-out early?

+

No refund is provided for early check-out or reducing your reservation period.

Property Access & Keys

What smart keys will I receive?

+

You'll receive three items:

  • Small Black Smart Card - unlocks the main door
  • Large White Smart Card - activates electricity
  • Key ring with tracking - security measure

What if I lose the smart key?

+

A replacement fee of ₹2000/- will be charged for lost or damaged smart keys.

Guests & Visitors

Can I bring additional guests?

+

Only registered guests are allowed. Additional guests require prior written approval from the host, valid photo ID, and will incur additional charges.

Are daytime visitors allowed?

+

Day visitors can use the balcony seating area at the 1st floor entry (7:00 AM - 10:00 PM). They are NOT allowed inside rooms.

Can drivers or helpers stay with us?

+

No complimentary accommodation. They will be treated as additional guests with standard charges and require valid photo ID.

Amenities & Services

Is daily cleaning provided?

+

Yes, free daily cleaning service (brooming, mopping, toilet/bathroom cleaning) is available between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, subject to your permission.

How often are linens changed?

+

Bath towels: Every 7 days for extended stays

Bed linens: Changed for each new stay or every 7 days

When is garbage collected?

+

Daily complimentary garbage pickup around 8:00 AM. Place waste at the designated spot (staircase entry) before this time.

House Rules

What are the quiet hours?

+

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a residential area, please be respectful of neighbors.

Can I cook food at the property?

Yes, but only vegetarian food and eggs are allowed. Non-veg food is strictly prohibited.

Are parties or events allowed?

+

No. Parties, events, gatherings, business meetings, and commercial activities are not permitted.

Is alcohol allowed?

+

No, drinking alcohol or bringing prohibited items on the premises is not allowed.

Important tips for using AC?

+

AC does not work properly with windows/doors open. Keep them closed while using AC. Violation may result in penalty or termination of stay.

Safety & Security

Is there CCTV surveillance?

+

Yes, 24-hour CCTV surveillance at all entry points and public/open areas for your safety and security.

Are my belongings insured?

+

No, we are not liable for loss or damage to your belongings. You are responsible for your valuables. We don't provide insurance or compensation for accidents/injuries.
